Hometown Websites MT, LLC ("Hometown Websites MT," "we," "us") builds and maintains websites for local businesses in Hamilton and the Bitterroot Valley, Montana. This policy explains what information we collect through hometownwebsitesmt.com and our text messages, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you fill out the form on our website, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, and current website. When you become a client, we also collect what we need to build and run your website, such as photos, business details, and access to your domain.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, build your website preview, deliver and maintain your website, make the changes you ask for, and send you billing and account notices. We do not sell your information.
Text messaging
If you check the text messaging box on our form, we may send you transactional text messages about your website preview, your website project, and changes you request. Message frequency varies. Msg & Data Rates May Apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website hosting, form, payment, and messaging providers, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information when the law requires it. The text messaging limits above apply in every case.
